Florida Keys and Key West

Florida is part of on our winter retirement schedule and Key West is a major reason why. Very difficult not to return for a short visit each year. Florida Keys and Key West picture gallery is selected from our many trips to the area, so it does really give you a Visitor Perspective.

Sunsets are the primary reason for visitors to make the journey, but there is so much more to see and do. If you have the opportunity to come, take the tour train, visit Hemmingway`s home and the Blight Dockside area.

Very enjoyable part of the drive to Key West where the Ocean and Gulf waters are normally at your side. 7 mile bridge is on U.S. 1 which stretches all the way to Maine

Area from Homestead south to Key Largo is generally thought of as the Upper Keys. Land is flat, with even inland lakes and the Ocean waters are not always beside the road.
